Trying to eat a no sugar, no white flour diet is hard sometimes. Heck…….what am I saying? It’s hard ALL THE TIME! But I thought I’d share this yummy Sugar free Coconut Oil Chocolate Truffle recipe. These are healthy, and will curb any sweet tooth you’ve got going.
Coconut Oil Chocolate Truffle Recipe
- Coconut Oil
- Cocoa
- Truvia or Stevia
- nuts
Mix equal parts of coconut oil and cocoa. I mix 3 tablespoons of each. Blend well. Add Truvia for desired sweetness. I used 4 packets. This is where you’ll need to mix mix mix! Blend well. Add nuts if you’d like. I prefer walnuts, but the almonds were good too.
Drop into small sized baking cups. You could use a small cupcake tin if you have one, but not necessary. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 min. Take out and enjoy!
But they do melt fast, so you’ll either need to eat them all or place some back in the fridge.
Other options:
- use peppermint stevia drops to add a minty flavor
- add a bit of peanut butter….Mmmm
- add chopped dried fruit.

Pretty sure this falls under Paleo…YES! Thanks for sharing friend!
Awesome! I’m always on the lookout for healthy recipes. My family has been off white flour and refined sugar for a while now at home. Unfortunately it’s extremely difficult to stick to it away from home just because that kind of food isn’t readily available. (That’s one of my dreams, to make truly healthy convenience foods, fast food and drive-thrus!
)
Mmm, those sound yummy and so simple too. We have a gluten and dairy free home, so these will be a perfect treat! Thanks for sharing

Yum. I need to make these right now. I can’t stop eating and the hurricane hasn’t even hit us yet! Thanks for sharing.
These sound so yummy Kim! I even think I have all the ingredients. I’m going to have to give them a try. Like next Monday, when the boys are in school. Then I won’t have to share.
My sweetie has been madly craving chocolate lately so we’ll have to try this…many thanks for a recipe that even I can make!
These look so good! I am going to try these! I have the coconut oil already. It was a little expensive. I think I paid $8.00 for the organic jar. It really lasts though! Thanks for sharing this recipe, can’t wait to try it.
