Oh boy! What a wild weekend! The debut of TCB’s first Creative Holiday Gift Guide of the season was a hit!! You can still shop by clicking over.
I love coffee, so I was excited when International Delight asked me to develop a recipe with one of their creamers. Honestly, I had never thought of using creamer for anything else but coffee. I put my thinking cap on, did a few searches and decided to try French Toast.
I sent my husband to our local grocery to pick up a flavor that sounded good, hoping he would find Pumpkin Pie Spice. Sadly they were already out, so he chose Cinnabon! YUM! Perfect! I used the creamer instead of milk while whipping up my French toast egg mixture.
My son ate 4 pieces, my husband ate 4 pieces and I ate 2………but I could have eaten 4. There was just a hint of Cinnabon taste, but I’d say the aroma was stronger.
My son says I need to use this creamer from now on.
I can’t wait to have it in my coffee tomorrow. Yum!
Cinnabon International Delight French Toast
- 4 eggs (we’re a family of 3)
- 1/2 cup Cinnabon International Delight Creamer (approx)
- Dash of Cinnamin
- Thick sliced French bread
Mix eggs, creamer and cinnamon with a wire whip until blended. Pour into a shallow baking pan. I use one of my 8x8in pyrex baking pans. Dip bread in mixture coating both sides. Place on preheated griddle until golden on each side.
