Do you know my friend Lori? From Allred Designs? From The Craft Channel? You must get to know her. She is a true blue crafter than is eager to try anything if it involves scissors or glue! I met Lori last year at SNAP, and like most the bloggers I know in Utah, Lori is easy to be around, warm from the start and very talented. Lori is a regular on The Craft Channel where she also has her weekly show “Inspired by Pinterest”. You’ll love how she crafts up something someone pinned.
She once tried making these amazing flowers from melting plastic spoons with a candle. How cool is that? The nice thing is, you can follow along while you watch the video tutorial.
Lori loves Pinterest SO much that she suggests having a Pinterest Party! Gather a few friends, a few ideas from crafts uploaded to Pinterest and all the materials………..and have yourself a party!
Another fun craft I found from one of her shows, is printing on paper bags. Oh the possibilities! Think of all the fun! This is so perfect for those birthday treat bags, or the treat bags for soccer games…….which I think both are SO not needed. Since when does a kids need a sack full of sugar after a soccer game? Or those goodie birthday bags? Usually full of useless items headed to the landfill……….BUT….if it was in a cute bag, at least the mom’s may enjoy them too!
With Valentines Day around the corner, Lori made this darling candy jar! She’s got a full tutorial to walk your through.
If you’ve purchased the amazing Creative Spaces Book, you’ve seen Lori! How exciting! I need to get my hands on this publication!
No doubt there are some beautiful rooms to drool over. No doubt I’ll want to completely gut mine and start over!
