Now that summer is here, I’m known to switch my creamy hot coffee to a Creamy Iced Coffee.

We like to take a few road trips every summer……..who doesn’t right? Iced Coffee is super easy to make using your left over morning coffee. But the secret is the ice cubes! It was one of those aha moments when I realized I could just freeze coffee in ice cube trays to be used later. Of course I went one step further.
I mixed my International Delight Sugar Free Coffee Creamer with the left over coffee and THEN made ice cubes. This keeps my ice coffee creamy and so so delicious!
Why did it take me so long to figure that one out?
