Creamy Ice Coffee

Now that summer is here, I’m known to switch my creamy hot coffee to a Creamy Iced Coffee.

I love a lot of creamer, so I’m thrilled about the new International Delight Sugar Free Coffee Creamers now available. The Sugar Free Hazelnut is my favorite with the Fat Free- Sugar Free Caramel Marshmallow as my 2nd choice.

I love that cool creamy taste while I’m sitting on my deck or driving down the road. This is the time of year we exchange our travel mugs for a tumbler with a lid and straw. Such a treat.

We like to take a few road trips every summer……..who doesn’t right? This is the first summer in a long time that we didn’t drive to Utah (13 hours), but will be heading south to California for a few days to soak up the Red Woods, the beach, San Francisco and coming home on the famous hwy 101. We also make a short trip to “the lake”. A small lake in Central Oregon where my in-laws have some property.

I have learned a simple simple way to keep my Ice Coffee from not getting watered down. International Delight Coffee Creamer Cubes!

Iced Coffee is super easy to make using your left over morning coffee. But the secret is the ice cubes! It was one of those aha moments when I realized I could just freeze coffee in ice cube trays to be used later. Of course I went one step further.

I mixed my International Delight Sugar Free Coffee Creamer with the left over coffee and THEN made ice cubes. This keeps my ice coffee creamy and so so delicious!

Why did it take me so long to figure that one out?

If you don’t have left over coffee and you don’t feel like brewing extra, International Delight also has Iced Coffee in Cartons.
