These cute ornaments have always fell into the “NO WAY! Looks too hard” category for me. If it looks hard, then it must be right? Well, I may just try one this year with Beckie’s help. Another great idea for a gift.
This last one makes me giggle. It’s so cute. Ingenious! See the glue stick?
If you have small kids or…………boys, then you surely have lots of broken crayons. She took the broken crayons, melted them in the microwave, poured them into the glue stick containers. Of course she took the glue out first. But if you have a child in elementary school, you could probably find lots of empty ones in your child’s classroom.
Here’s where the giggle comes in.
She made a little holster for her son to carry his new crayons in. I bet it “makes his day.” (i love a chubby little hand…..i miss that age so much)
