I met Summer at the Utah Creative Blogging GNO too.  So happy she made it.  She’s the one in the crown today. We had been tweeting.  When she told me the name of her blog, my mind couldn’t picture the header…….that’s how I roll……I’m visual.  Then when I got home and looked it up, I could see I had been there many times.  Had she said “my blog is S3″, then I would have known exactly what blog was hers.

S3- Sumo’s Sweet Stuff

Even though her name is Summer, her husband nicked named her Sumo a few years ago.  And she still married him. 

First thing I really noticed are all the Silhouette projects she’s done!  Holy Mackerel!  Now I know where to go for ideas when I need to do a project for them.  She has a handy category cloud on the side bar for easy searching.

When I saw these flowers, I KNEW you’d all love them.  We love anything to do with DIY flowers.  She has many other types too.  The zippers are so hot right now.  And pretty cute too.

Summer spends her days being the best mom ever. She wasn’t bitten by the domestic creative bug til later and has now jumped in with both feet to create fun projects, parties and ideas for her family.

I love this little Buckle doll she made.  Yep, she made it………well she didn’t make the elephant, but she created all the buckles.  This should keep your little one busy for about 15 min……long enough to take a shower at least…..or check facebook. She also has a new wreath on her door for every season, holiday or neighbors birthday…….well maybe not the neighbors birthday…..but she has a lot of wreaths to share with us.  Like this Winter one.   Which I could probably place on my door right now with the crappy weather we’re having in the Pacific NW.  She made this with paint sticks.  PAINT STICKS!  Genius.

She’s been known to share a few recipes with us all too.  Pizza Scones!  Those sound really yummy to me right now. 

There you have it.  OK…….I’m thinking all the Pacific NW readers need to go leave her a surprise comment since we’re probably the only ones not wilted from the heatwave. The rest of the readers are laying in front of the fan…….Go surprise her!  It’s the right thing to do.
