DIY RUG

I’ve seen ideas on painting a rug before, I hadn’t seen it done this way. She used an old piece of vinyl flooring covered with canvas.  I’m certain following her tutorial she posted on MomTastic, we can do it!  It’s darling.  Check out her floor stencil too.  (she’s such a show off)

DIY FURNITURE

These dressers are a dime a dozen around yard sales, thrift stores etc.  You’ll all be clamoring for one the next time you head out for some thrifting. Perhaps you already have one lurking in your home that you didn’t even realize you need to paint.  {hee hee}  Diane worked her magic and completely caught me off guard!  And I love it!

SHAZAM!!!  Can you believe it?  She used wrapping paper (really cool wrapping paper) and mod podge!  That totally trumps my mod podge project I just did.  But WOW!

She has a great tutorial on her site for any of you who have your paint brushes ready.  I’m liking the mirror wall too!  Diane…….you’re good……real good.

DIY PROJECTS

Diane had a brilliant and thrifty idea for decorating the outdoors. She has a great tutorial using found glass vases, a tuna can, a stick and some paint.

In fact she’s having an affair with tuna cans because the craft she linked up to Get Your Craft On is using a tuna can too!  I told you she was a show off.
