Do It Yourself Home Decor
This wall is made from old pallets! I’m sure I would have given up when I realized that math was involved and you gotta be good at puzzles to make this work. This room turned out GREAT! Now this is truly a do it yourself home decor project. Stunning!
These girls cannot leave the walls alone. A simple coat of paint is just not creative enough for them. I about fell out of my chair when I saw this hounds tooth stenciled wall! Now THIS is a statement wall! And here I was proud of myself for doing my closet doors.
It’s no surprise that Monica and Jess were on the Nate Berkus show! 4 Episodes! So excited when bloggers get noticed, because we rock………well they do anyway! For one of their Nate projects, they took some old discarded barn wood and created an original masterpiece! No wonder Nate wanted it. Lucky us, they have a tutorial.
I love their site for all the great DIY wall decor ideas they give me. Not only am I on the hunt for some barn wood now, but I’ll be picking up a few paint chips my next few trips to Lowe’s. This Paint Chip Wall Art is pretty darn cool! And it doesn’t look very hard from their tutorial. I think I can do it…….I do.
I am ALL over this fabric covered floor mat. They have great tutorials that make me believe I can do it all. The thought of creating a floor mat from fabric I love is exciting!
So, there you have it. Lots and lots of DIY ways to decorate your home. When you visit their blog, you’ll find even more ideas! While your there, I hope you’ll let them know I sent you! Surprise them!
