She’s amazing. So many people have to eat gluten free, casein free, dairy free, sugar free etc…. Because of women like Kelly, many can enjoy food again without the worry of getting sick. Kelly learned early on in 2004 that she needed to make some dietary changes for her family’s health. Her story is inspiring and worth the read. She has since published 2 cookbooks and is a wizard in the kitchen with all her creative recipes. You’ll enjoy Kelly’s warm personality……she’s just a mom like you helping her family.
You’ll find yummy recipes in all categories.

Thank you for sharing the genius that is the Spunky Coconut. Kelly’s blog has really helped me transition to a gluten-free diet over the past 2 years. That vanilla bean cake that’s pictured is KILLER. Even for those of you not GF, it’s very low carb and refined sugar, so her site is worth checking out.
Great to see someone else in the GF community featured on here! Love it…
Thank you so much! I’m so touched!
