Believe or not, you all actually have me starting to think about decorating for Fall…….or actually Halloween. Usually Halloween is taken over by my husband and it’s not pretty people….here’s a small glance below. I think I busted that stupid skeleton “on accident” last year in hopes he won’t be coming back this year.
I want to do a bunch of crows or bats going across the front of the house, with maybe a big spider somewhere.
These Crows from one of my past features is brilliant and I actually found a good price on them at Factory Direct Craft. The crows can be found here.
These paper bats would be easy enough to make…..if I start now. I may have to enlist my sons help.
And a skull tree is easy enough….and of course filling things with candy corn always make it festive. Your kids will be so excited!

Oh yes, I started Halloween projects months ago! What can I say, Halloween is my thing. And I’m throwing a party. So excited!!
My local Dollar Tree sells similar crows for $1/piece. Not the most accurate things, but I am very happy with them in general.
I have been buying Halloween things since mid August. My daughter always has a Halloween birthday party so I am trying to stock up before the school year gets too busy.
Baking, yes…decor, no…that’s always last minute spur of the moment kinda stuff. A few ho-hum cutout pumpkins…and lots of yummy Maple Pumpkin Squares!
Yes! Been thinking about it since June- LOL!

Oh my heck I’ve had Halloween on the brain for the whole month of August. I can’t wait to get everything out. I like a little creepy, a little stylish, and a little cute. I’m so not a gore person. I am also doing the bats across the garage, crows on branches, and the mouse silhouettes around the house. Also going to try and make my own spell book this year. Fun, fun, fun!!!!
Yes, I am thinking fall decor. I love, love, love fall. It is my favorite time of year. I am bookmarking this because I love all of the ideas here!
I’m so ready to put out fall decor! Husband says is still too early since its 99 here in Tennessee.
I absolutely adore Fall decorations! Dollar store resin decos get repainted, scarecrows reworked, candle holders Mod Podged and/or painted. Anything different! It’s all beautiful. Thank you for posting. I believe this year I will gussy up my front porch, thanks to some of your ideas.
