How To Simplify

I met Jen this past summer at EVO.  She was in charge of organizing all the speakers.  Sweet girl, but looking at her, you’d never know she likes to eat.  Twig thin…….jealous.

These look SO good!  I usually just buy BBQ sauce and meatballs at Trader Joe’s and call it good.

Goulash

I’ve been making something similar for years……I didn’t know it was called goulash.  I could have a love affair with pasta! Yum Yum Yum! I can pretty much eat all my meals from a bowl.

Mac & Cheese

WORD…. do I really need to say anything about homemade mac and cheese?  Didn’t think so.

I’ve been known to hit Chipotle a few times a month.  But with this recipe, I can just make my own rice & beans.  So so yummy!
