Just a few things I’ve been playing with this past week.  Yes, I have actually been able to craft a little! GASP!

I’ve been playing with my Martha Stewart Loot, which I’ll have more towards the end of the week.  But I just couldn’t wait to show you my stenciled glasses.  Her new paint is for any surface!   Using her adhesive backed stencils, I thought I’d paint a few flowers on my glasses.  So cute!

You know how I’ve always wanted to try glass etching?  etching on glass Well, Martha has a new frosted glass technique that was easy as pie.  I tried it with another one of the adhesive backed stencils and I’m loving how it looks.  The adhesive backed stencils work great for rounded surfaces.

Using a recycled Pantene Hair Conditioner container, I made my famous Sugar scrub for a friend for  her 50th Birthday!  I thought I’d dress it up a little with yes ANOTHER adhesive Martha stencil.  I’m thinking I’ll be buying more hair conditioner just for the containers.

I got a little sloppy on the stencil for the tag, but it’s still cute. ……right?

All the Martha paints (which can be used on ANY surface) and stencils are exclusively at Michaels.

    These came out beautifully! I do buy things just for the supercool bottle or jar it’s in…I’ve got a stash that would look terrific with an etched design like this.
    This weekend I worked on a bookshelf makeover…hope to finish soon!
