Sears ~ What’s your Style?

I do love a comfortable outdoor patio space. I look forward to creating my outdoor room every year and getting my upper patio all decked out. One of my favorite patios, as mentioned before, is my sisters. This year, I was lucky enough to spend most of July hanging out in this amazing space.

Every morning my husband and I would have our contraband coffee (it’s in Utah) sitting right at this table. It’s private enough to sit in my jammies, read the paper, chat about our plans for the day, even pull my computer out there and check emails. What a relaxing way to start your day!

I love finding ways to make my outdoor space more inviting, a place I want to sit, a place that is beautiful, creative and calming.

Once home, I am filling my outdoor space with lots of candles. Paper lanterns and water features.

Paper lanterns are SO dang easy to make. I’ll be showing a quick tutorial this week. I also made this amazing yard lantern from Diane’s tutorial.
