I know it’s Summer somewhere! I’m ready. Our summer is limping along here in the NW. We need some sun!
Can’t wait for our Summer Strawberries! I’m sorry, but I think Oregon berries HAVE to be the best.
I found this site through Stumble. (which by the way, if you ever want to stumble any of my posts…..I’d totally let you)
I love desserts! Combine that with my favorite summer berries and I’m a goner.
Strawberry Desserts
I think this would be GREAT for those 4th of July celebrations. Oh YUM!
Red White and Blueberry Trifle
I don’t know about you, but I’m always struggling with my weight. Even though I teach fitness classes, my metabolism has it’s own agenda. Finding a site like this is exciting! Full of “skinny” recipes. Not just for dessert, but all kinds.
Lemon Cheesecake Yogurt Cups
I chose desserts because I thought you’d like a few healthier ideas for the holiday…..and because I’ve got a sweet tooth right about now. I wonder if I can talk my sister into making this strawberry swirl for the 4th. I’ll be in Utah again and can I just say……when will Utah celebrate the 4th ON THE 4th? I know some of you know what I mean.
Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake
Berry Yogurt Popsicle’s
While in Utah I may also eat my weight in shaved ice and Red Mango frozen yogurt. Maybe I’ll try making some of these frozen yogurt pops to change it up.
So here’s to Strawberries!!!
Have a happy and safe 4th of July!

All of those look so yummy!!!
Bah haha! I totally know what you mean about Utah. I lived there for 8 years and even when the 4th wasn’t even on Sunday it still seemed like they never celebrated on the 4th. Anyway….these desserts are making me drool..though it could just be the extra pregnancy saliva..who knows. Thanks for sharing!
Oh my! These look delicious! I may have to try a recipe… Thanks for sparking up my sweet tooth
Super scrumptious…and plenty of vegan options too! I will definitely try the vividly fruit-full Frozen Fruit Pops and Salpicón. Thanks for the link!
