Jamielyn was a sweetie to hang with and she likes to make things! Crafty things! I thought I had featured her before………she was probably sitting there while we talked, wondering why I hadn’t featured her yet.
Make Crafts
She had her baby girl with her at Creative Estates for the first day. What a doll. I didn’t steal this baby, but I should have. If you’ve got a baby girl, then you must make her a tutu. Perfect craft for baby girls. She’s got a tutorial on her site. Tutorial for a tutu…….say that 5 times.
And you can see why. It’s during those nap times she works her magic to whip out a few crafts. Many of those crafts, she shows a tutorial so we can get an idea on how to do it ourselves. This spring wreath would look cute on my red door.
Make Recipes
She also shares a few recipes and has just recently started sharing her monthly menu. I love seeing what other people eat……..it’s a great way to get out of the rut and try something new. Mmmmm…..twice baked potatoes. I have never taken the time to make these. I’m sure my family would appreciate them.
I am LOVING her kitchen table makeover. She first painted the top white and just recently decided to add the strips. So original. Great way to add a bit of personality to your home.
Another shot of one of those adorable babies. I thought this was such a great idea for baby’s first birthday. I did something similar. I think it’s fun to show monthly photos of the birthday boy for that first year. I know everyone loved looking at the ones I put together. Her idea to place them on little dowels is brilliant. Not to mention a cute first birthday theme. Monkey’s. Cute.
You’ll find SO much more at Jamielyn’s site. I hope you’ll pop over and leave her a nice comment letting her know she’s been featured. Surprise her. Fill her inbox with lots of energy. It will be The Best Day Of Her Life! (new quote from Char when she explained how she felt when she was featured)

YUM-MY!!! I am really going to have to make those potatoes soon!
I love Jamielyn’s blog!
Thank you for the nice blurb, Kim! We are down to four pups now, and boy, are they cute. Darling picture of Mabie, by the way
I need to make tutus for my granddaughters. What a cute model.
I saw instructions for a similar tutu out there ~somewhere~, but the addition of ribbon makes this one so much cuter.
Oh, I remember those precious nap-time hours…gotta use them wisely! And certainly Jamielyn does.
You should take the time to make the twice baked potatoes. It’s really not that much work and they are soooo much better than regular baked potatoes, I promise.
AHH! Holy cow! It really is the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!! They weren’t exaggerating!! THANK YOU so much for featuring me. I feel completely honored to be featured on your blog!! My life goals are accomplished now.
I’ve made it to the A-List! wahoooo!!
xoxo
Jamielyn is full of talent and I just wanted to eat up those adorable little cheeks. (on the baby that is)
