Where are they now? ~ Infarrantly Creative

While I’m away I’ve asked a few past features to show me their favorite crafts!  I featured Beckie WAY back when.  She has since become a creative genius and a real show dog with lots of fabulous blogs where she struts her creative self.  I have yet to meet her IRL, even though we used to live in the same little town.  You’re gonna love Beckie and way she can wave her magic wand.

Hello TCB readers.  I am Beckie Farrant from Infarrantly Creative, Knock Off Décor and the recently launched ROADKILL RESCUE.

I remember the day nearly four years ago when Kim first featured me.  I was almost embarrassed to be featured and she had to twist my arm for me to even mention it on my blog.  Me? Featured on TCB? With all the talent out there in blogland I thought Kim had for sure made a mistake! However, that first feature spoke into that little part of my heart that wondered “Am I really creative?”

Well 4 years and three blogs later here I am!  Kim asked me to give you an update on where Infarrantly Creative has been.  So I get to brag for a bit and show you my top five projects.  Since I am most known for my Roadkill Rescue projects (a.k.a trash to treasure) I thought I would show you a few of my latest.

1. Roadkill Rescued Headboard

I found this door curbside…

and stripped it, sanded it, cleaned it, painted it and distressed it and it now graces my master bedroom as a headboard.

2. Roadkill Rescued Crib to Jewelry Organizer

I also found this crib begging for a second chance…

and turned it into a Scripture Art Jewelry Organizer.

3. Roadkill Rescued Console Table

Do we have great trash in Indy or what?  Next I found this old vintage TV…

chopped the television in half and turned it into a hallway console table.

4. Roadkill Rescued Knock-Off Book Rack

Inspired by Pottery Barn Kids’ Catalina Rack I took a discarded hutch…

and turned it into a sweet little book rack for my daughter’s bedroom.

Now not all of my projects are curbside creations.  I do also create with clean supplies occasionally…ha!  Come check out my Hershey Kiss Boards.  My kids love them and they make a great seasonal décor.

Thanks for having me AGAIN on TCB.  It is always a pleasure to hang out with Kim.
